So disappointed this place was really great at one time. Came in by Doctors orders for possible DVT sat in waiting room with a positive COVID-19 test watch many people come and go refuse to mask never told that they had to clearly said on door no entry with out mask. ( not enforced and not once did anyone come out and clean areas knowing that there is positive people coming and leaving, But then again that’s why are COVID-19 numbers are so high!
