I lived here for two years. My rating is a 3.5. Pros: fairly quiet community. Lots of families. The office space is what sold me. Many people wfh and live here for that reason. Always felt safe. Maintenance was great. Leasing team was great. Kevin is the absolute best - please promote him. I could not say enough great things about how excellent his customer service is. Lived here for almost 6 years. It was a little noisy at times.. I guess I eventually got used to it. The apartments were nice and good for the price. My favorite feature was the bonus room with the barndoors. The pool and gym are nice. Although I had issues with the treadmill that I addressed with the office. I think they did attempt to repair it, but it still wasn't like it was. Kevin was super nice and helpful . I usually went to him if I had any questions or concerns. I have lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately the property has gone downhill. There have been multiple changes in staff and maintenance teams, and the quality has noticeably declined. A different type of clientele has moved in, and we now see more frequent visits from the Sheriff. There is often a strong smell of weed. Mold has become a major issue. Hello; I recently moved into this apartment complex about a month ago, and I truly love it here. The entire experience has been smooth and welcoming from the very beginning. When we first arrived, we met Sierra, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right away. Later, during the move-in process, Kevin assisted us and was equally professional and friendly. Both of them made the transition much easier and more pleasant.
