I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, particularly with one of the therapists, Amanda. Her behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and at times passive-aggressive. She made me feel unwelcome, as though my presence at the appointment was an inconvenience and she acted like was upset, that I showed up to my appointment. Therapist are great but the front desk person not so good. They tried to no-show me for an appointment i didn't have. 🫤
I really can't sing their praises enough here! For an appointment that has the potential to be awkward, it never has been. I've only met with Madison but everyone I've had any interaction with has been so kind and personable. I'd highly recommend, especially if you experience hypermobility!
