I went to the store today and the sign on the door said closed. Looking in the window there is what looks like a hospital bed and a lot of empty desks where no-one works.
Thieves, do not deal with. 16 months no refund.
Great customer service, great advice.
Went on a Saturday afternoon. Website said it was open until 10. Found it was closed. Wasted 30 minutes driving there. I called the phone number and it says in order to contact them you have to send them an email. Apparently they can't talk with you over the phone. That's poor customer service.
ordered something and never received it, tried to cancel and they are never available. the refund was processing and has been processing for months now
