Our original Solar installer went out of business years ago and this fall our Solar wasn't working. After calling several other places, Megan at Pro Green Solar was kind enough to help me out despite being in their busy season with installs before the end of the year. After a couple of years of getting quotes from several companies for solar panels on our house, I finally settled on Progreen Solar out of Longmont. Their lead person Matt Graziano was not overly pushy, and we finally came to a cost/production agreement that I was comfortable with. I called pro green to do a diagnose of our system. Although they were communicative and timely, I paid $500 for them to basically come out and tell me the solar is on and producing energy. The inverters also say that, so I really don’t know what they did. They weren’t able to help me understand why our bills are so high or how to improve my system besides saying “your system may be too small,” or, “you may have a bad inverter.” $500 and that doesn’t cover an inverter diagnosis?
