Having been a customer of formerly Ross' Insurance and then PIB for 37!!! years, under the new management change effective in 2023 the service is not the same. A family members (13 years with the company) insurance was cancelled without notification- and extreme unwillingness to take responsibility for their error. Right, you would think that this isn't possible, however, their lack of due diligence was past the point of repairing the situation.
