Juan came out to look at my roof, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help me understand an insurance claim for a retaining wall, even though it wasn’t related to roofing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even referred me to the right people who could help with the retaining wall. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
