Thoroughly incompetent. Absolutely shocking this facility would be in charge of actual people’s well being. The front desk is staffed by an imbecile, and it gets worse from there moving through the rest of their staff. You think a place responsible for mental health care would be able to sort out the very basics of care when people need it.
I'm a freshman at UCI and I've never felt so depressed and anxious in my life. I consider myself a pretty high achieving individual but college gave me a reality check.
