Courteous, but cought up in the typical fraudulence of big pharma. Tried to have me switch from an inexpensive, beneficial, effective sleep medication to an expensive harmfull on patent medication. Did not understand the basics of the mechanism nor cross holistic dietary interactions and half life of the medication after given three opportunities to contemplate and understand. IMO it is a big company with big fraud.
