Thoroughly incompetent. Absolutely shocking this facility would be in charge of actual people’s well being. The front desk is staffed by an imbecile, and it gets worse from there moving through the rest of their staff. You think a place responsible for mental health care would be able to sort out the very basics of care when people need it.
I'm a freshman at UCI and I've never felt so depressed and anxious in my life. I consider myself a pretty high achieving individual but college gave me a reality check. Totally inflexible and lacking any sense of empathy. First off it's impossible to find a parking place and after having to park down the street I was rudely told that our appointment was no longer available as the Nurse we were scheduled with scurried away from reception. I explained that we had a lot of trouble parking and then finding the door since the building directory was out of service and there are no indicators as to what the room numbers are.
