This lab should be invigilated. they were sending the bill to wrong address then they sent my bill to collection agency. very bad experience. stay a way from this lab.
THE WORST Company/testing lab. My provider opted this lab for a test. So I had to go with them. I called them ahead before ordering the test. I know for sure it's out of my network(insurance perspective). So I asked for self pay specifically. I called and spoke with the customer service agents at Progenity, and I made sure they add the note in my file for 'self pay' when they said my cost would be $450 or less. They confirmed they won't bill to insurance. But After getting test results, I got bill from my insurance for $1500... read more
