I would not recommend building with Progen Homes based on my experience. Just a few months after handover, the gutters on my new home started leaking during the first rains. I reported this immediately. Their roof plumber admitted to using silicone that didn’t bond properly, and even after the issue repeated the following winter, they came back and used the same silicone again, with the same result. We built our forever home with Progen during 2024 and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From day 1 the communication was exceptional, super responsive and supportive - no question was a silly question, which was important as first home builders. We built our house through Progen across 2022-2024 and we could not recommend them higher! We are so happy with our beautiful house and the team (especially superstar Slade) went above and beyond to keep communication open and follow up on any questions we had. The quality of the products and craftsmanship was fantastic, with only a few minor fixes needed after completion.
Ian and the team at Progen were very friendly and professional to deal with. They went above and beyond to give our quote with competitive rates and time efficiency. We would recommend and use them in future.
Would recommend Progen and have done so, the whole process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. Never felt rushed to a decision and the whole team was very supportive, once we moved in the professionalism did not end and as any issues came up they were resolved quickly.
