Ben was very thorough and informative.
Ben was efficient and personable. We were pleased with the call.
The front desk lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get to talk to Ben who serviced our furnace and tankless hot water heater, but I was told that he was very nice and super efficient. They also got a broken part replaced for us the next day! Very reasonably priced too! I would totally call them for servicing going forward.
Repairman was prompt and friendly. Fireplace was checked and cleaned very well. Only a minor point on the payment method - I would prefer in future if they just offered a tap system for credit / debit card instead of taking the full card details including security number.
