Technician and office manager were pleasant. However I was not happy with my overall service. I did try to resolve this with the office manager and respectfully voiced my concerns, in hopes that they would provide some type of resolution or compensation. The office manager agreed with my concerns and said that they wanted to make sure that their customers were happy and would try to find a way to resolve this. Very prompt response. Ben really knows what he’s doing and has offered some very creative solution. Just completed the installation of on demand, hot water, as well as a new furnace. In addition to being extremely professional, the staff provided made by minute, explanations of what was being done and were able to do it all in one day.
