I really don't know where to start. I'm super happy with this company. First the ease of ordering and pricing was excellent. They shipped very fast. Upon opening my product was wrapped with care and they seem to genuinely care about there customers for them to pack it so nicely and bubble wrap it. Then they send me a free gift that was so nice. I ordered the Jurassic park jelly highlighters and they came rock hard unusable. They wouldn’t do anything about it. I tried to put a review on their website to warn other people and they won’t post it. Do not buy from profusion cosmetics unless you want to waste your money. They think it’s okay to send you unusable product for your hard working money. Horrible company.
