My experience with Profuse Tax has been great for the 5 years that I have been a client. I can NOT believe how unprofessional this company was. I was late getting to my taxes on april 13th, I went in and they said they would have them done before the 15th or file an extension. My extension was never filed, there has been the bare minimum of communication, I had to keep calling for a MONTH to follow up asking if they needed anything and I have sent at least a dozen emails with only 1 reply.
