Timothy saved me and I'm so appreciative. After many disappointments from other installers, he and his wife came over, saw what was needed to change my foyer light, he returned today on Veterans day and completed the installation. He even offered to clean the little dirt on the floor, but after waiting 3 months to get my light installed, I gladly swept the floor. The owner of Profound Home Improvement, Mr. Timothy Walker, just completed updating my upstairs hall-way bathroom. He is the professionals' professional. I am 100% satisfied with his awsome ability and his professionalism. Again, he did a magnificant job. His work ethic and his craftmanship is superior. Mr. Walker put in iron bausters on my staircase the first time I hired him. The work was masterful. I am definetly recommending Mr. Walker of Profound Home Improvement to any and all who visit my home.
Tim installed a beautiful chandelier in my foyer. He did NOT shy away from the project on account of the many pieces involved. He is definitely my new go-to guy for Home Improvement services.
