These gentleman are extremely nice people! Very responsive and on time. I wanted to make sure my sump pump was working properly and they came right out an assessed that it was. I was very impressed by the timely response that I asked if he could assess another issue. He made recommendations and I’m waiting for an estimate. If the work is as good as how they treat their customers, they’ll have one forever!

This team saved our hide! I consider myself a DIY type of guy and living in an older house we have had our fair share of repairs and maintenance but nothing could prepare me for a water main leak flooding into my basement. The team at Profound were on it what felt like immediately and from what I’ve learned from a few plumber buddies the pricing was beyond fair.

We were having major backup throughout our house plumbing system. The sinks and the tub started to back up and wouldn’t drain, so we were scared to even use the toilets. We didn’t know what was going on. Made a call to Profound Flow and within the hour everything was back up and running( they had to work with the sewer line into the house). We were able to use the bathroom worry free the next morning. You can imagine this was a big relief for us physically and mentally.

We woke up one morning to a soaking wet basement. The sewer main and backed up into the laundry room. ProFound Flow was quick to respond to my calls, get a guy on site and complete the hydro jet of the main drain. That day we were back to normal and we were able to run water. This is huge for a family of 5. Thanks to Jay and his awesome team for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this company!
