I placed an order for some apparel items . Erlan Martinez was very prompt in emailing me my order conformation , and again when my order was shipped , providing me with a tracking number . The order was shipped through UPS , who for some reason , decided to change the delivery address to another city without authorization . I filed a claim with UPS and have not heard the outcome of the investigation yet but their website just shows my package as a loss .
