This company is so good have a kitchen of their products and broke a hinge expecting it to cost me an arm and a leg but they helped me and replaced just the hinge! This is why it’s good to have products from a local company and the people that work there were very helpful!
If you value your time and would like to avoid headaches and heartache, go elsewhere and don't look back. Simply put, this is an unprofessional and unreliable company. It starts at the very top and trickles all the way down to the sales representatives. Simply appalling!
From the moment we walked into reception, through to meeting Bradley and receiving our quote, we were impressed by the friendly, professional service and attention to detail. I especially appreciate how prompt our quote was provided and all our questions were answered. The fact Proform were able to bring our delivery forward to meet our timing needs was the icing on the cake. Experiences like this are a reminder of what great customer service should be.
Hugely disappointing service. We were so jaded with dealing with them that I can’t even bring myself to writing a full review. Avoid.
I Would definitely avoid this company unless you want there sales reps going through your ute and taking paperwork while you are unloading you are unloading tools into the job site. Rep is dumb enough to drop his business card
