I Would definitely avoid this company unless you want there sales reps going through your ute and taking paperwork while you are unloading you are unloading tools into the job site. Rep is dumb enough to drop his business card
If you value your time and would like to avoid headaches and heartache go elsewhere and do not bother with this unprofessional and unreliable so called company. To make it clear, it starts from the top and trickles all the way down to the sales representatives. Simply appalling!
I would not recommend these guys!! My partner had a kitchen fitted over 12mths ago , so am a little slow in writing this review! 1. They promised an install date, and then were 5wks late! Turns out they did not book an installer even though I paid for it! 2. We had to go collect the oven from their warehouse ourselves! 3, The install took over 3wks! 4. Talking to the owner, he was shouting down the phone at my partner! Extraordinarily unprofessional company.
I'd recommend people avoid working at proform. Staff members like to bully apprentice children and women. Then blame the victim.
We purchased preform custom cabinets because we wanted better quality than IKEA, it costs more than twice the price of IKEA, yet Proform supplies screws that are far worse quality than IKEA. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put a little more budget into obtaining better quality screws. I would happily pay a little extra for screws that don’t become thread-bear 😩
