Multiple attempts get get a design and quote for a wardrobe. Told 'tomorrow' for 3 weeks. Received the 'design' 5 weeks after initial consultation and it didnt even remotely look like what was discussed or to the dimensions that were provided. Very disappointing. Used them on past jobs with good outcomes, but the front end estimating and design team are letting them down massively. Would reccomend looking at some of the other local suppliers, far better front end service.
Have been a client of PROFORM Malaga for over 25years they are an Incredible Company and their products are always of the highest quality. THANK YOU to the Owners n Team.
Helpful and knowledgeable. Helped work everything out with me, spent the time and helped me sort out customising everything for my cupboard and laundry and it all worked out great. Have already recommended to others and will continue to do so.
Ladies at the front desk like to laugh at and make fun of people under their breath when they think people can’t hear. Especially when it comes to people who look differently to them. went with a different company who have values.
Hugely disappointing service. We were so jaded with dealing with them that I can’t even bring myself to writing a full review. Avoid. The owners response is exactly another reason for this review. I had contacted on multiple occasions about sourcing hardwear and queries about our kitchen, he failed to respond to any of the emails and only ever communicated with my husband (even though I unfortunately was the one who decided to use them in the first instance) and that alone was a massive effort to get any communication back.
