Ladies at the front desk like to laugh at and make fun of people under their breath when they think people can’t hear. Especially when it comes to people who look differently to them. went with a different company who have values.
Hugely disappointing service. We were so jaded with dealing with them that I can’t even bring myself to writing a full review. Avoid. The owners response is exactly another reason for this review. I had contacted on multiple occasions about sourcing hardwear and queries about our kitchen, he failed to respond to any of the emails and only ever communicated with my husband (even though I unfortunately was the one who decided to use them in the first instance) and that alone was a massive effort to get any communication back.
These guys have given us a great service more once over the last 20 years. Most recent experience was excellent once again. Thank you Brad and the team for the great and very prompt service.
This company is so good have a kitchen of their products and broke a hinge expecting it to cost me an arm and a leg but they helped me and replaced just the hinge! This is why it’s good to have products from a local company and the people that work there were very helpful!
If you value your time and would like to avoid headaches and heartache, go elsewhere and don't look back. Simply put, this is an unprofessional and unreliable company. It starts at the very top and trickles all the way down to the sales representatives. Simply appalling!
