My daughter is having a great experience at CARD training with Coach Connor. In four months she has lifted more weight and improved her jump by 3.5"! She loves her time at CARD training and is always excited to attend.
Connor and CARDs training has been great for my daughter! She enjoys it, is making improvements in speed & agility, training her core, & I believe all this will make her a better volleyball player.
Our athletes love going to CARD training! The trainers customize plans for each athlete and make it fun.
