I ordered flowers for my Mom on Saturday night after clicking the special "get them the next day" bar. I paid extra so that I could have them delivered Monday... because after filling out the forms to order them it says the next day is not Sunday... but she didn't get them until THURSDAY! That's almost a week later! It totally ruined the occasion! And the "$32" bouquet turned out to be $52 after hidden fees and even after using a 20% off coupon!!! After the coupon! $52 and almost a week late! DO NOT USE THEM.
Pro Flowers. This is unbelievable. I sent flowers for a coworkers brother that passed away, using Pro Flowers. The funeral was this morning. I get a emal at 3:45 saying they could not make the delivery. It would have been nice if they would have notified be a day earlier, so I could have used someone else. They asked if they could deliver on a different day. Really. I will never use Pro Flowes again.
