Does not follow-through and poor communication. Hired Paul to remove an ancient garburator and install sink shut-offs. We asked him to come back to fix our leaking sink drain following the kitchen work - he said he’d fit us in, but has never returned or called.

We have used Paul for our home plumbing needs for the last 2 year. He had come to retrofit and replace our old copper piles with Pex when we had a basement reno. He's helped us again to replace an old sewer line in our front yard and caused minimal damage to our landscaping/retaining wall. I used Paul on 2 recent home reno projects, and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone. His rate is lower than other plumbing companies in the area so you think you're getting a good deal, but what you save in $ you will regret in terms of the quality of the work and professionalism. The first project was a flooring reno, and Paul had to disconnect 2 toilets and the washer / dryer, and then reconnect them. He did an ok job with this one.
