I can’t recommend Johnny enough! He came out and installed an entirely new HVAC system for me, and I’m seriously so grateful. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and made the whole process so much less stressful than I expected. He took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly, explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and didn’t cut corners. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about taking care of his customers.

Johnny had the air-conditioning/heating unit replaced within a day of contacting him. Which was very helpful as the upstairs of the townhouse rental gets too hot during the day for the four legged furry friends that prefer hanging out in the upstairs bedrooms while everyone is gone for the day. His team was professional and responsive. My tenants appreciate the new unit and how quickly it was installed. I highly recommend calling Proflow for all your HVAC needs.
