Excellent experience. Everyone is so friendly. I really enjoyed working with Maria. She is awesome along with the rest of the staff at Proflex. At the beginning the focus was on manual therapy and dry needling. The focus shifted more and more to exercises which ultimately made me feel better. I even had some billing issues with my FSA and the Proflex billing department took care of it all! I highly recommend!!!

I have not tried to get any treatment from this therapy place. But the receptionist Margaret has horrible phone skills. She is unpleasant to speak with over the phone. I decided to find some other place because I have zero tolerance for negative energy people.

Over the course of the month I had therapy, significant improvements were noticed every week. All my lower back pain is gone and it's great to have the full range of movement back. I would highly recommend ProFlex Physical Therapy.

I was referred to ProFlex for a frozen shoulder. I have worked mostly with Maria since mid-July to increase my range of motion and decrease my pain. Under her care, I have gradually seen improvement in how my shoulder feels and in what I can do. As I progressed, she pushed me to do more, but was always willing to listen if I wasn't comfortable with an exercise. My range of motion has improved greatly. Thanks, Maria!
