Unfair Pricing For the past year we have been a customer of Proflame of Ramona. I felt that we were being overcharged for our propane per gallon amount. I checked out other propane company's per gallon charges and they were $1 to $1.10 cheaper per gallon than proflame. I quit Proflame and saved $200+ on my very first fiil-up with my new company- K.C. Propane.
Misrepresented service and cost We established propane service, and found out that price was raised 50 % after first purchase. Not ethical, suggest look elsewhere
Great service set up Manny from Pro-Flame came out to set up service for my daughter recently. He was on time, polite, and knew what he was doing. He explained everthing that we needed to know clearly, tested the lines and really did a great job. Thanks Pro-Flame, give Manny a raise!
