I had a very disappointing experience with Profix Mechanical Ltd when getting an air conditioning unit installed. First, they misled me about the unit they would be installing. After the installation, I noticed it was not the unit I was promised, and they blamed the delivery company—something that makes no sense to me. The drainage of the AC unit was not done properly, and the leveling of the unit was clearly off.
