Travis and his brother were amazing!!! We broke down on the way to Georgia and (not only actually answered), got us taken care of right away and sent us on our trip. Started as a near impossible issue turned into a pleasant, friendly experience. We are a very satisfied family. Thank you!!!! 100% recommended
What a wonderful group. They all work really well together and help you understand what’s wrong with your car. I got a pre-purchase inspection here and they helped me understand what I would have gotten myself into. They break everything down and walk you through the repairs. They are very detailed and can help give you an estimated cost of repairs or maintenance. I would highly recommend going to these guys, they seem very reasonable and reliable.
I was traveling from Michigan and started having transmission problems when reaching the Follette area. I went to Pro Fix Auto Repair first thing Monday morning and they seamed to drop everything to do a diagnostics on my truck. Well it needed a new transmission. Not good news but James and the guys ordered up got it there and had my truck back to me Thursday afternoon. Can’t say enough about this shop. Cody Shuttles and the guys did a awesome job fixing my car. Cody came and picked my car up about noon in the day and had it fixed before I got off work at 4:30 and brought it back to me. Very reasonably priced if anything he will try to save you money and he is very honest. I had originally took my car to Toyota in Clinton and they wanted $1,100 to replace the alternator Kodi charge me $385 which was awesome. I would highly recommend this place.
UPDATE: Cody came to my JOB and started to argue with me about my bad review. I almost wish I was joking. Anyways. Cody at Profix did not fix my vehicle Im any way, in fact they messed it up more. I had them putting in a radio in my truck and when they did, it ended up frying the system and caused it to have many other electric issues in the process.
