Had a fantastic experience with ProfiX Auto. I recently brought my 3/4 Ton pickup in to get some transmission work done. Charlie, Brian, and their Staff, took unreal care of my truck. The Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and professional, with the cost and time the truck was down. I just got my truck back, and it’s never run/sounded this good. Brian and his team are the best! My 2012 Odyssey had a severe misfire and Brian got it in and fixed within the week along with doing some other maintenance on it. Super fair pricing as well, and what I also really like is that they don't try to gauge you on the price or suggest fixes that aren't needed. Super honest guys I feel like I can trust. I’m really happy with Rory. Even with a short staff, the quality doesn’t skip a beat. Rory is an absolute professional. He managed my repair, explained the diagnostics clearly, and kept the shop running like Swiss watch even when it was clearly a busy day. It is rare to find a mechanic you can trust this much.
Had a vehicle brought over for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection as I'm an out of town buyer. ProFix provided a very detailed review of the status of the vehicle and took the time to explain each item to me as well as provided expert feedback on the severity of any deficiencies. The team was great to deal with and would recommend this shop to anyone. It's great having service providers who care.
