Excellent service and expertise for anyone looking for hybrid battery repair. Very conveniently located across from Davies station to drop the vehicle off for repair. I was having issues with my hybrid system and no other auto shop would touch the hybrid battery. Brian performed diagnostics and was able to determine the root cause of the issue within the battery and offer options on how to repair. Brian and his team were amazing to work with. I have very little mechanical knowledge and were able to figure out my issue after very little time, with a clear and concise plan of what they were going to do. Very relieved to have found such a trusted and reputable auto shop. Charlie has such amazing customer service!
Literally the best customer service of any business I have encountered. I had a set of injectors on my CR-V diagnosed and repaired here and also a camshaft and phasers on my f-150 and the whole thing was practically effortless on my part. I think the mechanic who did my work must be the most thorough on earth because of how well done everything was. Brian is great to deal with and Charlie at the front is also there. Highly recommend!!!
