I choose one star for profix only because I couldn't make a half star. Worst service at the highest price. Appointments made and no shows without a call to say don't wait up. My washer was worked on a few times and parts ordered and at the end after $400 , sorry I can't fix it. I'll ask about a refund he said then stopped answering my calls and text messages. I had to buy a new washer. Call profix if you like new appliances and the added expense of paying for repairs that just don't happen.
my refrigerator was fixed and then it broke again and Profix refused to refund me any of my money or fix my problem i will never use them again
We had issues with a Whirlpool washer. They attempted several repairs that did not correct the issue. The root cause was ultimately found and it was cost-prohibitive to repair and they refunded our money the same day. Ferrin was professional and did his best to fix the washer and Profix ultimately did the right thing in issuing the refund. I will use Profix again and recommend them.
This team is very helpful especially in repairing our 7 year old GE oven. They charge by the job so even though they made several trips out to fix it, they kept it at one low price. I highly recommend this team. Go ProFix Appliance Repair!
