my refrigerator was fixed and then it broke again and Profix refused to refund me any of my money or fix my problem i will never use them again
We had issues with a Whirlpool washer. They attempted several repairs that did not correct the issue. The root cause was ultimately found and it was cost-prohibitive to repair and they refunded our money the same day. Ferrin was professional and did his best to fix the washer and Profix ultimately did the right thing in issuing the refund. I will use Profix again and recommend them.
This team is very helpful especially in repairing our 7 year old GE oven. They charge by the job so even though they made several trips out to fix it, they kept it at one low price. I highly recommend this team. Go ProFix Appliance Repair!
Horrible service & repair. I called for a repair and they came out and said it was a part and he could fix the next day. Repairman called the following day and said it would be a week till they got the part. We said ok and he came out to fix. He said it would take a couple of hours to get cold again. It never did. We reached out by phone and email for 2 straight days and no response. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had to call someone to complete repair on a 5 year old refrigerator.
Provided excellent response to my need and stayed with it till completely fixed. Im so happy to have my appliance working again! Thank you!
