Horrible! I hired them to do my books. They charge $200 a quarter and all I got was 4 hours of phone time. All she did was slowly teach me how to use Quickbooks on each phone call. After 6 months I was horribly behind, only one of my two businesses set up, I was paying myself incorrectly per IRS guidelines and other expenses not set up right.
