Ordered a full suit which also came with boots and gloves. Quality is brilliant for the money I paid

I am VERY disappointed with Profirst. After talking to them, purchasing a suit, it did not fit me, reading their returns policy, returned it with tracking info that it had been delivered. Their customer service is appalling, I have called, emailed and only have one or two replies, and no refund, no call back, no emails, it was returned to them in July 2021 and we are now in September 2021 and still no email, call back or refund. I would not purchase anything from them. I will be going to the small claims court next.
