Really unprofessional builder, works only for money, No customer care at all ,blaming clients for everything. . I have upgraded many items but they didn't upgrade, tried to hide under wall. When I found, they refund some of that money. Never build for customers they built only for themselves. Full of lies, hundred of empty promises from different people. Absolutely disgraceful experience with “profile” Building Group. The customer service was disgusting, especially from Anthony, who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The tiling work was horrendous, poorly done, sloppy, and nowhere near acceptable standards. It was so bad the entire job had to be ripped out and redone by someone else. Built a home with Profine so many defaults and have waited years for them to fix the issues. Very dissatisfied!!!!
