Diane has been doing my hair for years. She listens, makes suggestions and wants you looking beautiful when you leave. I always love my color, cut and style! She also takes care of my son who has special needs. All the staff is kind and caring.
Lovely, quaint little place in South Bend. Diane did an excellent job. Really liked the service and the haircut. Nice atmosphere and felt very comfortable there.
By recommendation from a friend, I have called to make an appointment. I understand that when you want services from an establishment that is good, it is hard to get in. However, I have called three different weeks to ask it I can get in or when I can get in with a promise that my call will be returned with an answer. Today is strike three with no return phone call. Just tell me that you are not accepting new clients instead of putting me on hold for weeks.
