I get extensions and highlights here and they literally do the most amazing job. I refuse to go anywhere else. Great pricing, great work, and my hair has grown DOUBLE the length of when I first came in August and probably won’t need extensions soon. I recommend for everything.

I feel there are only certain haircuts they can do well. I had to come back home and cut my bangs again. I will not be going back. Hairwash is done in a hurry. I had shown a photo for the haircut and yet i felt details were not considered. They dont accept digital payments like apple pay or google pay. Amex platinum card not accepted. Cash would be the best way to transact which i feel is outdated because many dont carry cash. I have had better experience for less than this cost.

Truly unbelievable and perhaps the worst haircut I’ve ever seen on a person when my wife came back from this place. Odd since reviews seem so good but whoever was there seemed to be distracted/uncaring and clearly was looking to the close of day. If you are so tight on time during business hours at the end of the day then adjust your business hours and close earlier, don’t punish a person by giving minimal effort. I'm not from the area but when we needed 3 hairstyles done for my wedding, Profiles knocked it out of the park! They were incredibly accommodating and knew how to make each of us feel beautiful! Fantastic Studio!
