The staff are friendly but, In April of 2025, I pre-paid over $8,000 for a year's worth of hair restoration services. The services were described as weekly visits for 8 weeks and then one visit every other week for the rest of the year. That's 30 visits...and a hair piece. I received the hair piece and only went to the salon for 10 treatments. Some serious medical issues arose that included two hospital stays and a stay in a nursing home.
