Great customer service. Having sold Profile products including bars, wrap, tri accessories etc in the past, I was surprised when I had an issue with a package of bar wrap I had installed recently. I contacted Profile to check if I had done something wrong with the install of this particular tape. Their representatives ensured that I got the answers I needed and even went so far as to provide me with a replacement package of bar tape. Awesome products and customer service.
