I have been on several different diet plans starting with teen TOPS when I was 13 years old. Being on profile I have lost over 60 pounds and they are teaching me how to eat to keep it off and not just getting the weight off.

I have been with Profile for a while. I love the fact that I can use both dietary coaches and individuals who majored in physical sports to help me both loose weigh and tone. The one on one coaching and reenforcing of goals. The foods and receipts are a plus of course.
