I've been a member at the Eden Prairie location for 5 weeks now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The weight loss plan is simple; every couple of hours you get to drink a shake or eat a protein bar. At lunch and at dinner, you have an extensive grocery list of food to create a meal for yourself. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the program works very well. I’ve only been doing it for 6-7 weeks and I’ve lost 32.4 lbs. That’s maybe not common for everyone, but it’s easy to follow and I’ve actually enjoyed doing it rather than dreading it. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Everyone has been very encouraging and helpful. Down 20lbs already!
