Very easy to follow. Jill, coach, assists with events when I have them to help me plan. Encourages me to add goals regarding exercise weights. Good start 7 # down after 3 5 weeks.
I dropped out of profile for a few years, then came back and I was shocked that the price went up dramatically. No more 20% discount for members and the cost of membership was triple the cost. The only way to get any sort of savings is to prepay for the food.
