Highly recommend this family-owned plumbing company in Dripping Springs! They were incredibly kind, professional, and reliable from start to finish. It’s hard to find people you can truly trust, and they went above and beyond. Will definitely be using them again!
This company bribed me to remove my negative review in exchange for $99 reimbursement for the excessive charges to “ look at a shower panel and a toilet. The toilet I was told to throw out. There were no cracks in the toilet to warrant throwing it out. The also wanted to charge me an additional $625 to replace a cartridge in my shower panel. Cade came out and spent the time to track down the source of our issue-the builders plumber had run the recirculating line all around the house before terminating it in the master bathroom. By the time it got there the water was cold, not hot. It took a long time to get hot water. He gave me a solution and an estimate to fix it correctly. Had him come back to do the job and voila , we have hot water in our master bathroom. Highly recommend Proficient, they are friendly, fair and honest. They get the job done right.
Proficient Plumbing came out and helped diagnose an issue with out Navien Tankless. Bertin was professional and very clear about the process to repair. Fortunately they had the part and able to repair the same day. The response time was quick and pricing was fair. I’ll definitely use them for any plumbing issue we have.
This company is really the best. I called them out for an issue with my shower handle and Garrett was able to diagnose and replace the shower valve on the same day. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use them in the future - and scheduling with Madison was a breeze.
