Thank you to Tino and Leo for coming out on short notice to help with my water heater issue. Although it was not resolved, they were able to guide me to what is causing the problem. Their service was above what I expected and were thorough on their inspection of my unit. I appreciate a company that takes pride in their customers and service. I definitely will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.
The absolute best! I've used Proficient Plumbing twice in the past three months for two separate issues and both times Leo was very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my shower cartridge, and Eliu and Celeatino did an excellent job replacing it. The service was great, and the pricing was very reasonable.
Excellent Customer Service!!! Very Affordable!! They came out exactly when scheduled and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs especially for clogs in drains. He gave me a price of $99 when others started at $450+ Highly recommended!
