I'm not sure what this was but I was parked outside the other day
We contacted Proficient after the recent hail storm in Woodbury. Dan Backland came out and inspected our roof, windows and siding. The only damage he found were some minor hail marks on the roof and a couple torn screens. He noted the roof damage was not significant enough to repair or replace and that the screens could be repaired cheaply with no need for an insurance claim. It was refreshing to have someone give an honest assessment of hail damage and not try to pressure us into filing a claim that would likely be denied. ... read more
