The customer service is horrible and rude. They demanded payment Upfront before starting a project and then we never received the product nor did they care to communicate with us on the status. Nobody has bothered to get back to us in regards to the refund we so rightfully deserve. Do not trust them. I wish I would’ve read the previous reviews before allowing my company to go into business with them.
Horrible customer service. An order was placed by our company for two drawers. They never delivered on time. No communication. Immediately charged us. No response. After several attempts asking for refund, it’s been 2 1/2 weeks. We have emailed, called, texted and tried everything. They basically rob you of your money and will not respond. Horrible customer service. Donot do business with them. Attaching proof of payments which they never refunded to us.
