Would 0 star review if I could. Had no choice to use this company as my apartment complex said they were coming out. They made an absolute mess in my place and didn’t offer to clean it up. Also ever since they came my sink and garbage disposal have been leaking water. Really appreciate all this. Don’t know who would want to hire this company for anything.
Our cabinets for the 4 bathrooms and a kitchen island, was promised November 17th. Unfortunately the cabinets showed up November 24 and not complete. All of the vanity drawers were built incorrectly(cut outs too small).Then it took 3 more weeks for them to come back with the vanity drawers, install hardware. Now 5 more drawers need to be rebuilt with new cut outs for the pipes. Drawers are too small for the 2nd time. The customer service is horrible and rude. They demanded payment Upfront before starting a project and then we never received the product nor did they care to communicate with us on the status. Nobody has bothered to get back to us in regards to the refund we so rightfully deserve. Do not trust them. I wish I would’ve read the previous reviews before allowing my company to go into business with them.
Horrible customer service. An order was placed by our company for two drawers. They never delivered on time. No communication. Immediately charged us. No response. After several attempts asking for refund, it’s been 2 1/2 weeks. We have emailed, called, texted and tried everything. They basically rob you of your money and will not respond. Horrible customer service. Donot do business with them. Attaching proof of payments which they never refunded to us.
