Great team that worked on my audi to give the engine a bit of a refresh that it needed !
Extreme lack of diagnosis ability. Poor quality work. Overcharged for a lot of work. Spent the last year+ fixing everything Simon did. Beware!
I recently had some upgrades performed on my Audi S5 and Mack and the team at PPR went above and beyond! From ordering of the parts, to the installation, Mack went out of his way to answer all my questions. The install took the better part of the day and he made sure he had multiple techs on it. The installation was very meticulous and everything went smooth! I am planning my next modifications and will not hesitate to call PPR again! I would recommend PPR for all your Audi needs!
I've done extensive work with PPR, from a clutch upgrade to turbo upgrades. During my turbo upgrade, they not only completed the job but also diagnosed potential issues that could have impacted the process. Highly recommend this Mechanic Shop! We service all of our cars with PPR. Trust them more than any dealer for our VW/Audi/BMW. Great shop with skilled, detail oriented mechanics! They are capable of high performance builds, customizations, tuning, while also diagnosing and repairing your day-to-day needs. We prefer to maintain and service our cars with PPR even when under warranty from the dealer because they are honest and transparent. Their technology tracks all past maintenance which is a huge plus. A++!
