I have been BMW,AUDI technician for 10 years. I called to get a quote for a tune on my personal Mercedes. They tried to tell me I needed to pay 189.00 plus tax for an inspection and that they couldn't tell me a price for the tune until they inspected even though I provided all of the current components installed on the vehicle. Newsflash a tuner needs to know the modifications to write the files for the tune. Not whether or not my brake pads are worn. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE. fixed my software issue. than replaced turbo. all up front pricing calls texts and suggestions. professional business here.

I purchased 22 year old BMW 330 for my son - he did a few easier things at autos class (filters, fluids, wipers, etc). I brought it in to profi and they had a nice system that clearly showed the results of the inspection and recommended work. I like that I was able to examine the photos and discuss with Simon what to tackle. Ian was very welcoming when I dropped off the car. Will go back when needed.
