Dr. Rachel Wilson has taken over this practice with another physician, and she's really turning it around. We had left the practice as patients because the staff stopped caring after Dr. Proffitt retired or at least their customer service went really down hill. But since Dr. Wilson has come on board, everything has changed. Now it's better than it ever was. Dr. Wilson is caring, compassionate, highly intelligent, and very communicative. Very nice man & intelligent. I have brain cancer, blood clots, & shoulder replaced so real pain is a part of my life. Unfortunately, I've yet to see a doctor that'll help with pain management in East Tennessee so hopefully you know a good drug dealer. These MD's think they're helping the drug epidemic but they're actually making it worse & the street dealers are loving it!
Dr. Proffitt was able to alleviate all of my concerns after all of my thorough questioning and uncertainty... I would highly recommend Dr. Proffitt to anyone who is looking for a down-to-earth, easy to speak with family Doctor.
Both Dr. Profitt and Staci are top notch I have been under their care for a little over 2 years now and couldn't ask for better doctors ! The nurses are also very nice , helpful , and understanding GREAT facility !! 5+ stars
Very trustworthy doctor they double check all the info be for they do anything with you They are very professional group have read some post people upset about feeling out same paper work evertime they go grow up they are protecting there self and you so suck it up buttercup
