Absolute joke of a law firm. Extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Paralegals were rude and combative. These people do not care about their clients. Save your time and money and call another law firm.
Mrs PROFFITT and her team saved my divorce case and made me happy to see that there are still honest and decent people just willing to help you and not take advantage of you. Unfortunately Proffitt and Associates was not my first choice for representation , though I wish it was. My first Lawyer charged me outrageous fees and did nothing which was destroying my case and putting me more into debt. My step son was taken from his mom by his biological dad. We hired Stephanie to help. Almost a year later nothing has changed and the father is alienating our son from us. We call and they always hang up on us. They say the best way to get a hold of anyone is through their portal but they never answer on there either. They lied saying they are waiting for a court date but called the courts and nothing has been filed. I will be requesting my money back and going elsewhere
