I hired ms. Proffitt to represent me. She boasted about her close friendship with my exes attorney and that she could use this to help me, to no avail. All I got was months and months of nothing. So then it went to mediation and ms. Proffitt sent an associate to handle it and I got screwed. After it was over, the associate informed me that she had already resigned and had a few days to left so obviously her heart and mind was not in it. Beware!
Ms. Proffitt and her team were truly a Godsend. From day one, they believed in my case and never wavered. That kind of trust and support made all the difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it. Absolute joke of a law firm. Extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Paralegals were rude and combative. These people do not care about their clients. Save your time and money and call another law firm.
Mrs PROFFITT and her team saved my divorce case and made me happy to see that there are still honest and decent people just willing to help you and not take advantage of you. Unfortunately Proffitt and Associates was not my first choice for representation , though I wish it was. My first Lawyer charged me outrageous fees and did nothing which was destroying my case and putting me more into debt.
