Our experience with ProfExt exterminators was excellent. We had a hornet nest emergency that stopped roof work we were having done. When I called the company, the receptionist was very sympathetic and set up an exterminator to arrive at our house within 45 minutes of my call. Bryan’s service was friendly, fast, and informative. I’ve had experience with pests before but nothing like this: a giant yellowjacket nest in the garage. I found the nest yesterday, called, and Bryan was here, the next day, with the nest in a sealed bucket in less than thirty minutes. I told him about the wasps that I saw around the house’s siding and he sprayed there too. I really hope I won’t be encountering any more pests soon, but if I do, I’ll be sure to contact Bryan and ProfExt right away!
