Called this morning shortly after they opened to fix a broken torsion spring on my garage door. Their technician, Mike, was at my house 3 hours later. Great service with him from start to finish. Within an hour and a half, he had both springs replaced, everything lubricated and the door working better than ever. Highly recommend Profetta and Mike!
Mike did great work and helped us out on short notice when our garage door springs broke. Not only did he repair those, but took time to tune up the door track and further stabilize the door. Highly recommended.
Received same day repair service which is awesome 👌 Had a 2nd property in the area that could use service - offered to do next - both jobs done within an hour or so. Happy customer as in the past. BTW they installed both doors years go. My go to garage door campany!
If you want a garage door installed with top of the line, state of the art materials and top tear opener…by a family owned business that’s dedicated to its customers with top notch customer service at competitive prices go see Profetta! I refuse to use anyone else! The staff is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and it shore beats using some big company that could care less. We have used Profetta for several years for new garage doors as well as service. Our most recent experience with Profetta prompted us to be sure to leave a 5 star review! We recently called for an emergency service call. They were out within hours to temporarily repair the door. The damage was repaired so well, it's hard to tell there is even any damage.
