To say they honored my grandfather and captured everything that was important to him and our family would be an understatement. Shawn and his team were extremely responsive and made the most difficult part of our lives easier. When we walked into the funeral parlor we were overwhelmed with emotion as they they had collected pictures from all of our family and had them beautifully displayed all around the room and in a slide show. We recently worked with Shawn at Profettas, due to my mother's sudden passing. I found Shawn and the entire team to be very caring and efficient - they took care of everything for us in a highly-respectful way and within our budget. Would highly recommend this knowledgeable and caring crew.

Good, caring people and reasonable with their pricing! The Funeral director was wonderful and so was his staff of ladies. Comforting too. It wasn't all about money with them. They even let me purchase my own casket and gave me many options for the funeral. I highly recommend them.

Chopped up my father and sold him off like meat! Falsifying his death certificate to make him more marketable by omitting that he died of cancer .They stole skin, bones and numerous body parts and sold them for profit . They were involved in the theft of body parts from numerous families and selling off the parts to various companies for a substantial profit. The state of New York and the Funeral industry have yet to censure these criminal scum .
