AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Do not come here. Listen to all these bad reviews—they are not an over-emphasis. The receptionists barely speak English, have little to no idea what they are doing, and are incredibly rude. They refuse to hold themselves accountable for anything and instead blame the patient. They will even yell at people over the phone for mistakes that are entirely their own. They give you an appointment and then when you come on that date, you realize they double booked every single person for the same time appointment I was given. This happens every single time and there is no point of an appointment because it’s like a walk-in where you have to wait up to 1 hour or more.
They give you an appointment no matter what. Once you're checked in, it could be 3 mins or it could be 2 hrs. But never on time! 5 mins per patient is the allotted time slot, takes longer ( everyone knows that, but no steps from the office to remedy that)
