Great communication and explanation which is great appreciated
The worst experience I’ve ever encountered from a medical institute receptionist. She’s not capable of meeting or understanding patients needs. She’s the kind of receptionist that pushes people away before even seeing the doctor. Not giving a chance to ask any questions, and refusing to give answers or helping out. People calling are in pain and this facility is supposed to provide relief not cause more headaches. Unfortunately the doctor is the one who’ll suffer unknowingly losing his patients.
